Proposal section

1. Introduction

A five-stage explanation of deterministic integration, validation, governed workflows, authorised operational outputs and reuse across institutions and sectors.

Mathematical foundation

NashMarkAI is an open-source ecosystem of mathematical models, software and applied systems founded on the Nash Inevitability Principle. Its name reflects its Nash–Markov foundations, bringing together Nash–Markov modelling, Bayesian scalers, Q-learning and multi-agent reinforcement learning (MARL) within an integrated equilibrium architecture.

Wider NashMarkAI ecosystem

The ecosystem spans navigation systems, predictive healthcare modelling, cognitive systems, governance and sovereign infrastructure. Sansana, the private compensation and harm-modelling component, is the exception to the ecosystem’s open-source approach. Its future release remains a separate decision.

Initial infrastructure implementation

This proposal focuses on the NHS Sovereign Federated Data Platform (FDP) as the initial infrastructure business for investment and rollout. The FDP is an open-source product within the ecosystem and operates independently of the NMAI Core engine. It connects existing institutional systems through deterministic validation, rules and workflows, without requiring generative AI.

Commercial rollout

The commercial opportunity combines consultancy, implementation, hardware supply, integration and recurring maintenance and support. Investment can support the first institutional deployment, UK expansion and global rollout, with participation in the wider NashMarkAI ecosystem defined by the agreed investment scope.

Institution-controlled hardware, data, software, configuration and operations, with external suppliers providing separately commissioned services.

Implemented software

The NHS Sovereign Federated Data Platform (FDP) is an open-source software platform for connecting existing NHS systems, validating operational data and applying deterministic rules to support waiting-list management and service coordination. Its published reference implementation includes referral-to-treatment validation, work queues, audit trails and data export. These functions operate without generative AI. Software & Deployment

Institutional control

The architecture allows hospitals and trusts to retain control of their data, configuration and operating environment while exchanging authorised information through defined regional and national routes. Existing source systems retain their authority; records and derived results remain traceable. Components can be inspected and replaced, with migration and supplier-exit procedures included in the published framework. Architecture

Commercial delivery

The commercial opportunity is to deploy and maintain this infrastructure for institutions. NashMarkAI’s proposed revenue comes from consultancy, hardware supply, integration, commissioning, training and recurring maintenance agreements. The hospital retains its installation, while the delivery business earns from operating and extending that capability.

Hardware supply, implementation and integration, consultancy and recurring managed support form the infrastructure services business.

The product is supported by a public website that serves as a central marketing and due-diligence resource. Investors, prospective customers and delivery partners can explore seven linked resources:

Staged validation followed by institutional deployment, UK replication and international cross-sector growth.

Investment roadmap

From first validation to international delivery

The proposed £150,000 investment builds on this published reference implementation to prepare a costed institutional deployment. The following commercial case examines competing offerings, NashMarkAI’s operational and ownership advantages, and the revenue, delivery costs and margins of a five-year hospital deployment.
